My name is NGABONZIMA François Xavier. I’ve been into teaching, learning and observing how education systems work.

I took around fifty courses and trainings including more than a half related to Education, Higher Education, Modern Applied Psychology, Forensic Psychology, Gerontology, Criminology, disability awareness and support, Child protection, Early Childhood, SDGs.

Other courses include business and project management, INGOs management, Knowledge Management, data quality, data use. Some courses aimed at improving my soft skills.

These are such as intellectual humility, time management, decision making and  communication skills, leadership, problem solving skills, interviewing skills, safety awareness at workplace among others.

From strategic thinking approach to education and based on my professional experience from Rwanda, China and Czech Republic, my focus is always on building an efficient educational practice by scanning education systems around the world.
